When I came to work for Commercial Fabricators in 1972, I could have never imagined that one day I would become the majority owner of the company. Not long after completing my service with the United States Navy, I started working for Commercial Fabricators as a painter and truck driver. Through the years, I went on to learn practically every aspect of this business progressing on to the position of President, a position I have held since 1991. My experience with this company is surely an example of starting from the bottom and working my way to the top. I feel I have literally achieved the “American dream”.
The continued success of this company is attributed to our commitment to excellence, expertise in our craft and the hard work and dedication of our longtime employees. As a Native American Indian, I am proud of my Indian heritage and see our minority business status as valuable asset. We strive in every job we do to prove that minority owned companies are dependable and valuable subcontracting partners and are ever aware of the positive impact we can make in the small business community.
Long standing, solid business relationships with our customers has also played a key role in the success of the business. A significant portion of our work comes directly from prime contractors who continue to partner with us on projects because they know they can count on us to deliver a quality product for them on every job. The company has earned a reputation in the industry for excellence and expertise in our craft and that is reflected in the number of repeat customers we provide our products to.
